There are no other assurances, guarantees, terms, agreements or conditions, either in writing or orally, regarding your use of the deposit, except as specified in this Agreement. If you are a customer of Anaconda who has a written agreement with Anaconda, this agreement is subject to the terms of such a written agreement that you have entered into with Anaconda and is subject to these conditions. Open source packages can be installed individually from the Anaconda Repository[14] Anaconda Cloud (anaconda.org) or from your own private repository or user mirror with the conda install command. Anaconda, Inc. compiles and creates the packages available in the Anaconda repository itself and provides binary files for Windows 32/64 bits, Linux 64-bit and 64-bit MacOS. Everything available on PyPI can be installed in a Conda environment with Pip, and conda will follow what it has installed and what pip has installed. THIS CLIENT ACCORD (“AGREEMENT”) FIXES THE CONDITIONS AND CONDITIONS TO WHICH ANACONDA, INC. (“ANACONDA”) IS PRÊT TO PREPARE “anaconda.org,” ANACONDA`S CLOUD HOSTED PACKAGE MANAGEMENT SERVER (THE “SERVICE”), TO YOU, THE CUSTOMER (“CUSTOMER” OR “YOU”). BY ENFORCING ACCESS AND USE OF THE SERVICE, THEY ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT OF ENGAGEMENT.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING IT AND USING THE SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU SHOULD REFUSE THEM AS SHOWN BELOW, IN WHICH CASE YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE SERVICE. Anaconda® Individual Edition also offers access to NVIDIA® Corporation`s cuDNNTM (cuDNN) binary software files. You expressly have the right to use cuDNN binary files with your Anaconda® Individual Edition installation, as long as you comply with the docs.nvidia.com/deeplearning/sdk/cudnn-sla/index.html license agreement. You also have the right to redistribute cuDNN binary files with an Anaconda® individual editing package containing cuDNN binary files. You can add or delete cuDNN binary files using the installation and uninstall functions in Anaconda® Individual Edition. When accessing or using the repository, you cannot perform any of the following steps: (i) accessing, handling or using non-public parts of Anaconda`s repository or computer systems; (ii) examine, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network to security, or violate or circumvent security or authentication measures; (iii) access or search the repository or attempt to access other means (automated or otherwise) that have not been made available by Anaconda through published tools currently available, such as Anaconda® Individual Edition, Anaconda® Enterprise or Miniconda® (and only under the terms of these tools), unless you have been allowed in a separate agreement with Anaconda; or (iv) disrupt or disrupt the access of a user, host or network (or try), including, but not limited to overloading the repository, or scripting the collection of content in the repository, so that the repository is disturbed or overloaded.
