If the landlord and tenants have other agreements or obligations, these documents must be attached. The second section consists of additional option conditions that allow landlords and tenants to accept conditions that may apply to the unit or unique situations. All additional conditions that are not compatible with the mandatory conditions of the rental agreement or the Housing Act (RTA) are now considered unenforceable and are therefore invalidated under the new standard tenancy.
